Priorities
My goal is to ensure our concerns are heard and addressed at every level of government. I’m running for Council to fight for solutions that uplift every family and every neighborhood in Jersey City.

Community Safety — Community Policing
Safety starts with trust. As a JCPD Chaplain, I’ve seen how strong relationships between officers and residents can prevent violence and build peace. I support fully funding community policing that emphasizes training, accountability, and partnerships—so police work with the people, not against them.
Women’s Rights — Office in City Hall
As Chair of the Women’s Advisory Board, I’m fighting to create a permanent Women’s Office in City Hall. Women’s voices deserve space where decisions are made. Guided by CEDAW, I’ll keep pushing for equity, justice, and leadership that reflects our full community.

Housing Equity — Fair AMI Standards
Too many families are priced out of their own neighborhoods. I’ll fight for AMI standards based on local ward incomes—not inflated regional numbers—so housing stays accessible and development works for the people already here.
Empowering Women & Families
I believe in empowering women and families by fighting for gender equity and social justice. My work includes championing initiatives to support working families, ensuring equitable access to resources, and serving as a mentor for women leaders. We will build a Jersey City where women and families thrive.

Public Health & Wellbeing
My campaign emphasizes improving public health. Drawing from my extensive background in healthcare and social advocacy, I aim to create policies that prioritize vulnerable populations while fostering inclusivity. This includes building healthier communities by expanding access to quality care and support services for every resident.
Economic Mobility & Workforce Development
Creating real opportunities through job training, workforce development, and economic mobility is crucial for Jersey City's future. I am committed to implementing programs that provide residents with the skills and pathways needed for sustainable careers and economic advancement.

Combating the Fentanyl & Opioid Crisis
Fentanyl and opioids are destroying lives at an alarming rate — and far too often, it’s our children, our loved ones, and our future leaders who are paying the price. This is more than a drug crisis. It’s a public health emergency, and it demands real leadership.
As your Councilwoman At-Large, I will:
• Fight to get fentanyl and opioids off our streets through coordinated efforts with law enforcement and legislation that holds traffickers accountable.
• Work hand-in-hand with grassroots organizations already serving the most impacted communities — because the solutions must come from the ground up.
• Support youth-focused education, prevention, and early intervention strategies that meet people where they are.
• Increase access to recovery and mental health services, especially in neighborhoods that have been historically underserved.
• Stand with families and survivors who live through this trauma every day and deserve healing, justice, and support.
This fight isn’t political — it’s personal. I will not sit quietly while poison is pushed into our neighborhoods. I will fight for our safety, our health, and our future.
